This is the continuation of the first part. The 6th category is GMOs. Soy, corn, cotton seed, canola oils are often genetically modified food created in laboratory. There are no studies to show the effects of eating GMO foods. They must be labeled in Europe but not here. Some countries ban importation of GMO foods. Lifestock take antibiotics and that ends up in our bodies. Mad cow disease started with contaminated feed given to stock. This would not happen if the animals were fed organic food.
