Rubber band exercises are great when you travel or even when you are at home and need some extra ideas for an exercise. Be careful though. I do not recommend exercising at home due to dangers lurking everywhere, but if you really have to - do not attach the rubber band to anything else but your legs. I had the knob fall off the door one time and hit me in the head ;) so be careful.
