What is your training style:My training style has a lot to do with my athletic background. I played multiple sports so my training reflects that with a very diverse training regimen. First, I believe that the core is the basis for all we do with movement in life so it should take precedent. Second, I encourage the inner athlete in all my clients, which is to bring out a more competitive nature when taking on a workout, and finally, everyone is different and unique and should be trained that way.
Why should a client train with you:I like to think that I bring out the best in my clients by giving them deeper reasons for doing the types of training I put forth. I also bring a very creative workout menu to the table. My personal and training experience allows me to design everything from beginner to elite athlete training regimens. Most people just want to better themselves and I help them to break through walls that they thought they never would.
In general, please describe your experience:The sole reason I started doing Strength and Conditioning for athletes was because of my two kids. There weren't any trainers around who worked with athletes. I started out training my kids teams and it grew to the point where I needed to do it full time to keep up with the demand. I sought out the NSCA to get my certification and then branched out to the Personal Training side of the business and now do both full time.
