Why have you become a trainer:I am training for 10 years now, was working in the police for 8 years, it was time for me to move on with my life, so I left the police and got some personal Trainer certification. Now I can grow again. Every new day is a new challenge. I like to help people, I like to do something that I am enjoying doing. I like the energy flow between me and my clients. I like to teach. Myself and other people.
Describe your own workout program:I train 4-5 times per week. I am doing ABC split. Chest with shoulders, Back with triceps, legs with biceps. I concentrate on compound movements. I am doing 2 sets in the first week and 5 sets in the 6th week of my training. I Also cycle number of reps, between 8-11 and 4-7. Currently doing cardio for 22 minutes at 60%HRMAX after every training. I train late, after I finish working with my clients.
Why should a client train with you:I enjoy what am doing and client can feel that. My Prices are a little bit higher compared to other personal trainers in our fitness, but I am there for them 24/7. First thing that I teach them is that for a Success they need to train right, eat right, rest right and be patient. I stand there for them, to help them achieve all this 4 components. I put a lot of humor in my sessions, but all the sessions al still intense, so they stimulate their body to make appropriate changes
