Why have you become a trainer:My entire family is obese, and several have died of heart disease and cancer. It is my mission to educate people about fitness and nutrition for a healthier and happier lifestyle. I began by teaching high school, but I soon found I could help more of the people who wanted to be helped as a personal trainer and nutritional counselor. My own low back injury several years ago motivated me to develop a core conditioning program that completely rehabilitates and eliminates back pain.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake people make is following the same routines, for cardio, weight training, and diet for months on end. The human body adapts very quickly to any stimulus, and so after the initial few weeks, your progress will plateau. People wonder why they this program or that diet worked wonders for a month or two, then stopped working. That's how nature intended it. I have designed over 200 training programs for fat loss, muscle gain, rehab, and any other goal you need help with.
Why should a client train with you:1) Variety: you will never perform the same workout twice. 2) Intensity: every workout will be more challenging to prevent the adaptation response. 3)Accountability: every workout, cardio or weights is recorded to ensure your progress. 4) Education: I teach you the how and the why so that you can stay fit for the rest of your life. 5) Results guaranteed, or your money back!
I've worked with clients of all ages and experience levels, and helped them all acheive their goals.
