What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:In my opinion, people underestimate the warm up and recovery period. Usually, the workout itself simply needs to follow basic training principles. I find that people fall short of optimal results because they do not use active warm up techniques to prepare and protect the body. Also, the recovery period will make or break anyone's ability to reach his or her goals . Using proper nutrition, sleep and active recovery techniques will enhance a person's fitness potential dramatically.
In general, please describe your experience:I have been in the fitness game long enough to see what really works and what just really works to waste time and money. I successfully trained people from all walks of life and from various levels of fitness. I have trained people with specific athletic goals and people who simply want to look good nude. I have studied many fields including kinesiology, physiology, biomechanics and anatomy. This is so I can give my clients the quality training they deserve.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:When dealing with any client, a proper physical assessment needs to be done. Everyone is individual with their own strengths, weaknesses, and injuries. An overweight client is treated equally to any other client. I make sure the client is properly assessed and then I develop a customized program that will promote healthier lifestyle, functional abilities, and safe and rapid fat loss. The keys to success will be safety, consistency, frequency, and fun factor.
