What is your training style:I have been in the industry for a decade and have been exposed to many different training systems. I have been dedicated to improving myself throughout my career and have determined myself to be a life long student. My style is straight-forward, no-nonsense, focused and aimed at only one thing. Getting Results! It doesn't matter how well I talk the talk, I must be able to get my clients to commit to health and wellness as a lifestyle, and only then will they the results they are after!
Why should a client train with you:I have been involved in sports and fitness since childhood and have a passion for an active lifestyle that will never wane. I have been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (the Gold Standard), and have also been trained by world renowned fitness expert Paul Chek. I have completed several of his certification programs (HLC II, Exercise Coach, Golf Biomechanic) and continue to climb the ladder of education and expertise in this field. Do you encourage your clients to stop smoking / quit drinking, if yes - how:the Holistic Lifestyle Coaching certification program focuses on six modifiable factors that every human being has the potential to gain control over. thinking, breathing, eating, drinking, sleeping, and exercising. I have been trained to view the human being as a "system of systems" and recognize that those six factors must be incorporated if one is to become truly vital and healthy. Smoking and drinking will only result in loss of vitality and eventually lead to disease and death.
