Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer out of a love of fitness, and helping others achieve their fitness dreams. Seeing someone accomplish their goals, especially when they have failed in doing so many times before is the greatest reward I could be given. I am a personal trainer because I know that I can guide people toward excellent health, and the body they cherish.
What is your training style:I believe that complete fitness is acheived through a combination of proper strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training, as well as sound nutrition. Through correct implementation of these principles, anyone can achieve the body, and performance they desire. I also believe in hard work, and the results that accompny them.
In general, please describe your experience:I have over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer. I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University, as well I am certified through the American Council on Exercise. I have worked with a wide range of people, including: Seniors, youth, weight-loss, athletes, pre- and post-natal, as well as general fitness. I have worked in country clubs, fitness centers, and retirement communities.
