Why have you become a trainer:I became a Personal Trainer because I enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals. It is very satisfying knowing that you have helped someone achieve their fitness goals and they end up looking the way that they have always dreamed of. I wanted a career in something that I have a passion for and that brings excitement every day! I certainly have a passion for fitness. I enjoy making a difference in people's lives.
Describe your own workout program:My workout program consists of working out every day.
I workout with weights three times per week and perform cardiovascular exercise four times each week.
This is a sample of what my Workout Plan looks like:
Monday: Treadmill: 30-60 minutes/ Abdominal Exercises
Tuesday: Treadmill: 30-60 minutes
Wednesday: Elliptical: 30-60 minutes/ Abdominal Exercises
Thursday: Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Friday: Back, Shoulders
Saturday: Lower Body
Why should a client train with you:I provide clients with safe and effective workout plans tailored to your individual needs.
I give you instructions for what you should do in between sessions, nutritional advice, support for questions in between sessions through e-mail and I provide Dumbbells and Ankle Weights.
