Why have you become a trainer:I am a trainer because it is very rewarding to me to see individuals reach their goals. I also want my clients to benefit from my expertise so that they can come away from our sessions having learned many valuable lessons that they can take with them and keep forever. Im not just here to make quick fixes, I am here to make sure your fit for life!
What is your training style:My style of training depends on the type of client that I have. My area of expertise is sport specific training as well as speed and agility training. But I also do alot of functional training for any individual no matter what the age.I want to make your life easier whether your a truck driver or a stay at home mom. It doesn't matter who you are, YOU TOO can be fit!!
In general, please describe your experience:I graduated from college in 2001 with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology. Since then I have gone to numerous conferences and seminars to keep my self up to date in the fitness field. Since I have become CSCS certified, I have worked with numerous athletic teams of different sports to help them get and stay competitive. I also work with many other individuals of all different ages and of all different goals everyday. I am a very qualified trainer.
