What is your training style:My training style consist of a core workout. The core is the most important part of the body. The core contribute to balance and coordination. The core is the lower back and Abdominals. Everybody wants a flat belly and a strong back. Everything else is secondary. My core workouts consist of kickboxing, cross training activities, and weight training. Kickboxing is great cardio and total overall fitness along with cross training. Weight training makes the body strong to help sculpt the body.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake people make while working out is consistency and technique. Most people do not stick to a regular workout schedule and they do not work the body parts properly to get the most benefit from the exercises. Most people want a flat belly, so the first thing they do is crunches. That is incorrect. Cardio and proper nutrition is the key. Some people do exercises that make no sense because it does not relate to real life.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:All overweight people need 3 important items to lose weight. Cardio, nutrition, and muscle building. It is as simple as that. There is no magic workout or weight loss pill or powder. Proper motivation and good results is also the key. When people start feeling better and seeing the result, they begin to realize that there is another world for them. When they see results, it changes their life and lifestyle.
