Why have you become a trainer:I was a civil engineer and liked what I did, but I didn't LOVE it. So I decided to go find my passion. I met with Nicole Isler and she helped me realize that I could combine my love for fitness and my love to help people into personal training. Simple! Since then, I have enjoyed everyday and continue to look for ways to improve my knowledge so I can help as many people as I can. Once you find your passion, you just know it, and I haven't looked back since.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:People tend to think that if they want to lose fat in a certain area on their body, they just need to work that area. For instance, curls to reduce fat on the arms or crunches to reduce stomach fat. This is not true. When the body loses fat, it will lose it first usually around the face and the work its way down to the stomach. In order to get the most out of your workout, you should focus more on the bigger muscles that will burn more calories for you.
Why should a client train with you:I live the fitness lifestyle. I don't just talk about it. I realize that it just isn't the physical work you do that will get the look you want, but also the mental work. I help you with that mind-body connection to make sure you get the most out of your workouts. I have many resources to pull from to address almost any issue and I have a network of other wellness professionals that I can refer to in order to help you get the body that you want.
