Why have you become a trainer:I have been lifting weights and running for twelve years, but it wasn't until three years ago that i decided to take fitness to the next level. I wanted to become more knowledgeable in the fitness world. As time went it wasn't a matter of just trying to look good anymore, i became more concerned with the health aspect of it. The more our bodies age the more we need to take care of it. So i decided to attended the National Personal Trainer Institute in sept. of 2005 and was certified in 2006.
Describe your own workout program:My workout program usually varies from week to week. I warm up for 5-10 minutes before any workout and i stretch after every workout. For the most part my workouts mostly consist of full body routines moving from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Training this way keeps my heart rate up so i can incorporate a cardiovascular workout. I also do cardio at least four days a week. I swim two days and i do interval running on the other two days.
Why should a client train with you:The main reason i believe a person should train with me is because each of my clients i have trained have all seen results. It's not just a job to me, i actually care about my clients and i enjoy helping others getting fit and staying fit. I always keep my workout routines fresh so my clients never get bored. I believe i have a nice personality. I have been told that i am very likable and easy to get along with.
