What is your training style:I have a vast array of training styles and methodologies to cater to individuals of diverse fitness and athletic levels. My top three consist of Dynamic Functional training, Optimum Performance training, and Integrated Sports Training. They are all outside of the box training which is why clients love them all. The training protocol depends on the individual but they will all get the results your coming for while having fun and enjoying your workout.
Why have you become a trainer:I have a passion for changing lives. I know firsthand insurmountable amount of benefits achieved through fitness and sports. When your body changes for the better so do many other aspects of our lives. Our state of mind, energy, daily activities, relationships, and most of all our quality of life. A before and after pic is great because it shows the progress made and goal achieved. What is truly priceless is the way you feel when you reach the goal. Thats why I enjoy my work.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:I am a very meticulous trainer. The biggest mistakes people make during training range from improper technique, exercise selection, exercise order, intensity and volume, and most of all an individualized exercise prescription. What works for one person may not work for someone else. We all need to find our perfect program to obtain the results we want, that "Ideal Self." Thats were professional assistance comes into play!!
