What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:i spent a decade working with clients from all walks of life who were struggling with personal issues, both large and small. my goal was to enable the client to glean a clearer perspective of what needs to change to enhance and/or imporve their quality of life. when working within the field of exercise, many of the same techniques are used to help clients see what needs to change and to provide a positive environment that supports their change.
Why should a client train with you:because of my global approach, solid science background and a style of not only directing a healthy choice behavior but the ability to explain why this behavior is healthy in an east to understand fashion that clients can relate to. i leave the technical talk for my collegues and explain matters in common english. i support what i say in my behaviors and what i do. i continue to challenge my clients and hold them to task, regardless of their status in society or their wealth.
