What is your training style:I believe in a gentle yet firm approach to training. Although my background is in Boot Camp and military style fitness training, I find that adapting to the needs of my clients, listening to their goals, and developing a style and program that works specifically for them gives my clients the best chance at success. I believe in my clients and I help THEM get results.
In general, please describe your experience:I own SWAT Fitness in Tucson, Arizona. Over the past twenty years, I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of fitness clients in a variety of capacities, and am thankful for every opportunity to help others become more fit, more healthy, and more confident. I emphasize functional movement, CORE strength training, variety, multifunctional movements, and a sound nutrition plan
