Why have you become a trainer:I am going to school to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I want to help people lower their risk of disease and illness. I want help to people achieve the mind and body that they want. Being a Fitness trainer allows me to work towards graduating medical school and allows me to share the principles I practice in my life and make a ral difference in others.
What is your training style:I specialize in a unique whole body approach to fitness. I focus on teaching easy to follow principles that help create long lasting results. I do not endorse any fad diets or lose weight fast schemes. If you are looking for someone that does, I am not your trainer! I will motivate you, I will push you, and I will help you create a healthier you!
In general, please describe your experience:I have been training since 1997. I have trained people from every shape, size, age, fitness level, and profession. I use a variety of methods when it comes to training. I have access to balls, bands, medicine balls, heavy bags, pull up bars, free weights, machine weights, in a gym, at the beach, boot camp style to conventional training. My style of fitness training is adjusted to each client that I train.
