What is your training style:I specialize in lean muscle mass, core strength, functional strength, balance, and stability. I am very client specific and I am also very motivating. I try to challenge people to get past their fears and obstacles. There are a lot of occasions where I have been able to get people to do things they told me they "couldn't" do; for example, standing on a BOSU. By the end of one session, not only were they standing on it, but they were lifting weights as well.
Describe your own workout program:As of right now I do four days of weight training and two days of cardio. I work out at a very intense pace and I maintain single BF% all year round. As the summer rolls around, I will eventual do three days weights and three days cardio on alternating days. It is at this point where I usually start getting negative feedback from friends and family who categorize me as obsessed. But I'm OK with that. I am in complete control of the situation.
Do you think a personal trainer should be also a good salesman:Everyone in the world is a salesman. Some may not admit it, but they are. Whether you are a carpenter, a busboy, a big machines operator, or a personal trainer, you are still a salesman. You need to sell your ideas, your abilities, and your concepts. It is also important to sell people the idea that you are in shape yourself. I personally don't take advice from someone that doesn't walk the walk.
