Why have you become a trainer:I am a Certified Instructor in the following specialties: Personal Training, Pilates, Inline Skating and Tennis. I am an avid athlete and have always been interested in physical fitness. I am enthusiastic about working with clients, whether its helping them follow a dynamic, individually designed fitness program or teaching them to skate or play tennis.
What is your training style:I have experience working with adults, senior citizens and children in private and group settings. I combine all my skills and experience to make each session challenging, different and fun in order to help my client reach their goals. I'm constantly reading about the latest techniques and equipment so I may provide my clients with a unique program to keep them motivated.
In general, please describe your experience:I specialize in programs for weight loss, strength and general conditioning, cardiorespiratory health, flexibility, balance and coordination, and sport specific training such as tennis, skating, and others. I have experience working with adults, senior citizens and children in private and group settings. I am certified by ACE, ECA and the Pilates Institute of America, as well as the International Inline Skating Association and Professional Tennis Registry.
