What is your training style:I like to take the goals a client has and design a systematic approach that focuses on the things that person likes about exercise so that person is able to enjoy reaching their goals. I believe that we can make almost anything fun and enjoyable with the right approach and attitude. When the initial goals are met we establish new ones and keep doing so until we are able to look at ourselves and smile everyday.
Why should a client train with you:I bring the perfect blend of science and art to training and like to make getting fit fun. Eating right and exercising doesn't need to be something that you dread doing. Once you start experiencing success your hunger for it will grow and continue to grow until it develops into a part of your life. Imagine waking up everyday of your life with vigor and a lust for living a healthier, happier life for ever.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:Start with the first day and take it one day at a time thereafter. Weight loss will never be realized if you focus on the end of the road. The biggest part of losing weight is being able to do the things that are going to help everyday and limit the things that hurt us at the same time. There are no secrets to losing weight and getting fit it only takes work and the only responsibility we have is to "just do it."
