Why have you become a trainer:A few years back I hired a personal trainer to help me lose the weight that I had gained after I turned 35. I was amazed at his knowledge and how he helped me. I learned so much from him I decided to go back to school and learn more. I love what I do and the changes I see in my clients. This keeps my clients and me very motivated.
What is your training style:I prefer training one on one. But, I love training couples too. Helping a client to set goals is one of my favorite things to do. I am never "pushy" and I love to laugh and make my clients laugh. Be sides it's good for the Abs. Training should be fun. It also help, when starting a new lifestyle, that it will be one that is easy to keep for life.
In general, please describe your experience:After graduating from the National Personal Training Institute I continued my education at the University of Denver through the Coors Fitness Center. Where I was able to work with some of the best trainers and coaches in Colorado. After my studies there they hired me as a group fitness instructor. I still teach there. I checked out working at several gyms and decided that selling supplements was not what I wanted to do. I wanted to "train". So, I opened my own private fitness studio. The best.
