What is your training style:I would describe my training style as fundamental. I am able to adapt to any individuals needs but I do believe that you cannot build a good structure without a good foundation. I have a passion for training and it shows when you train with me, in my enthusiasm and the way that I motivate and push my clients. A session with me is never boring and I like to make sure that you feel you have accomplished something when you are done. Which, you have!
Why have you become a trainer:I have a become a personal trainer for a number of reasons. But, most importantly is the fact that I enjoy making a positive impact on peoples lives. Nothing makes me feel better than knowing I have helped someone on their way to healthier, longer, more fullfiling lifestyle. There is a growing epidemic in this country called obesity and I want to do my part in creating a healthier America. One client at a time.
What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:I am not one to follow too many "trends" but I do believe they have their place. I do incorporate new techniques into my training for the purpose of a new experience and to keep from hitting plateaus. Plus, it is good to be well rounded instead of just focusing on one specific training method. However, I do not feel like I am the type of trainer that is going to confuse his clients every time they come in to the gym.
