Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer to teach people that fitness and health should and can be something to enjoy in life. I want to teach people that exercise is something to look forward to, not to dread. My father was a great infulence in my becoming a trainer. He was always very active and has a great zest for life, and a life long relationship with fitness.
What is your training style:My style is based on learning to live within our means with our bodies. Not all of us will become super models, even if we do exercise and eat right, but we can learn to love our bodies and feel good about ourselves.I like to keep the work outs fun. I create a personal program for each of my clients,so they get the best results possible
In general, please describe your experience:I have been training as an in home trainer for about four years, I also run two Boot camp style group exercise programs. One here in Huntington beach and one in San Pedro. My style of training is to have fun with the work out, I like to mix things up alot, changing the work out on a regular basis so that your body never gets used to the work. I take regular classes to continue my educationa ndto make sure that I have all the most current information so I can always pass that on to my clients.
