Trainer Experience Questions:

Why have you become a trainer:

Because i love helping people i love the felling of power when i am able to change some one's life i helped lots of my client's to reach there goal and be more happier it did the same to me and keep me going ,i like to stay in shape too and learn every day new thing about training ,nutrition ,people it is never enough learning being a trainer.

How would you help an overweight client lose weight:

the change has to be from inside and outside i put 110% to help my client's to reach there goal what ever it takes.i have lot of before and after photos to prove my point, it is all about the result.Searching for a personal trainer can be like shopping for a pair of jeans. You want the fit to be just right! It may take a session or two with different trainers and before you find the right one for you. Take some time to make your decision.

What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:

Like to mix cardio, weight training, supplement, nutrition and my Experience as a fitness Professional. The reason most people never reach their goals is that they do not define them, learn about them, or even seriously consider them as believable or achievable. Winners can tell you where they are going, what they plan to do along the way, and who will be sharing the adventure with them.

why women more likely to quit ?:

Researchers from the University of Kansas found that women who start an exercise program are most likely to quit because their initial expectations are too high; they're looking for much more benefit than is reasonable to expect when they are just getting started. Plus, even when the women had experienced disappointment in the past from setting their sights too high.

Do you think a personal trainer should be also a good salesman:

It wanders me what is better: A good salesman becoming a personal trainer or a good personal trainer wanting to sell his training services without being a good salesman. Or is it these days impossible to be just one and not the other. What should be done to take pressure off personal trainers and let them truly focus on the wellbeing of their clients ?
