What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:Most of people who get into working out think they have you starve themselves in order to be fit and overtrain.
In order to reach your goal; particularly if the goal is based on a long term, you must have a regular pattern for your training (cardio and strength)and nutrition. Both work in synergy and consistency is the key to success.
So get small meal through the day, exercise on a regular basis and enjoy it
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:When I get to know better my trainees, I do use the knowledge of my Master in Human Resources and Marketing Management.
