They are passionate about looking, feeling, and performing better, and their program’s success is completely dependent on how personalized and customized my approach is. There are no successful “cookie-cutter” formulas. That is why a trainer’s vast knowledge, experience, and open-mindedness is so valuable to a client’s success.
