Why have you become a trainer:My fitness career started in my late teens in the mid 90's. Working for over 6 years as a personal trainer in various health clubs during college led to doing several fitness endorsements as well as a little modeling. After that I went into management at a health food store chain, but I eventually returned to what I had a real passion for...helping people reach their fitness goals, and sometimes changing their lives in the process.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:I am Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, as well as a Certified Sports Nutritional Consultant. I am a forever natural bodybuilder for over 10 years and currently compete in several national level shows throughout the year. I attend many seminars, classes and conferences throughout the year in order to stay on top of the latest research and training methods. In addition, I am presently studying toward a Pilates and a flexibility certification.
In general, please describe your experience:I have over 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer. My clients have included dancers, models, musicians, lawyers, nurses, entrepreneurs, politicians, investment brokers, housewives, teachers, students, competitive bodybuilders to name a few! I enjoy the challenge of creating effective workout program that fits an individual's unique lifestyle, schedule, and needs. The most rewarding part of my work is when I see the faces of my client when they reach their personal goals.
