What is your training style:My style is to focus on needs (determined through assessment) and goals (determined through interview). I develop a program that will address a person's goal while simultaneously working toward fixing a need. Every exercise is chosen with a purpose ( no wasted time) and with a "next level" in mind. I believe people can work out on their own if given the opportunity to perform a workout program that is designed custom for them.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:People waste time and money. Too much time is spent working muscle groups that are small and cosmetic. Not enough time is spent on exercises that will actually help you feel better and move better which in combination will lead to a workout that will help you look better. This efficiency saves time. Too many trainers don't use an efficient system. As a result, clients overpay for an ineffective workout. They justify their expense by letting the trainer count their reps. That is a waste of money.
Why should a client train with you:Clients should train with me because I am professionally experienced as well as highly educated in exercise science. As a result, I create effective and efficient workouts. I develop workouts for people who are capable of motivating themselves, but simply need some guidelines on how to exercise efficiently and effectively. This saves the client money. Using my workouts, a client will save time, and money, while reaching their goals and filling their needs better.
