Describe your own workout program:My own workout program consists of either a total body strength training/ cardio workout or an upper and lower body on alternating days. My strength training is also cardio on most days. When not in the gym my cardio is either running, biking or playing racquetball. I also recommend that my clients take their cardio outside of the gym to do something that they all really enjoy. Makes them look forward to actually working out.
Why should a client train with you:Following a comprehensive fitness assessment, I will create a personalized fitness program bases on current needs, strength, weaknesses, and goals. Also, will continually evaluate progress. My one-on-one is ideal for people who want more from their gym memberships, those who want more from their current workouts, and those who have reached a training plateau. My programming will ensure that they will never reach a plateau.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:For overweight clients their exercise program will consist of total body workouts. The workouts will focus on multi joint movements such as the squat and overhead press as opposed to the single joint movement as the bicep curl. That way they are burning fat faster. Also, during the workout they will keep moving between cardio movements to pumping iron with very little rest between exercises. This will ensure that they will lose weight in a timely fashion.
