Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer because I absolutely love exercise and I love to help people. In general I enjoy not making my own personal goals a reality but other people's goals/dreams also a reality. "It's like an adrenaline rush when I see people smile from there success". When I am asked to "Help me drop ten pounds, Carrie please", I will set down with you do a "free" consultation(gladly), and make an effective plan. Why? "Because I love it".
Why should a client train with you:I am a great listener when people are speaking to me. I love to give advise when asked. And especially love helping people make great lifestyle changes! I will sit down with my client(s), get a plan written down, body composition (if desired) so we track your progresses together. I will work with you one on one!
I go to the client's home with gear(medicineball, balance-ball, weights, bands, and sparring equiptment too!). I am prepared and gym-membership free!
In general, please describe your experience:I have been training clients part-time for about 8 years now. I have helped numerous people lose weight, tone up and gain muscle. I am a great mentor and also experienced in boxing. Yes, boxing.....so if you want a sparring partner and not "just" a trainer, well then let's go! I can go through lots of drills with you and bring speed up to par,. I am also good at cross-traing my clients as I will train with you so you get the FULL burn and a great workout!
