Why have you become a trainer:I became a personal trainer because I enjoy working out as well as working with people. I enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals. I have always felt a sense and feeling of self indulgence knowing that I can take a client and provide them with a training program designed to their specific needs and goals. My satisfaction comes when my clients reach their goals and have a huge smile on their face.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake is overtraining and not having proper form while working out. These are two largest contributing factors to injury. Most people who have little or no experience in fitness training make a common mistake of lifting heavier is better. Yes it does have its benefits but if proper form is not used the amount of damage your body will endure and the injuries will take much longer to recover and put your goals further from reach
Why should a client train with you:I have been a personal trainer for eleven years. I not only enjoy my career but enjoy helping people. To me this is not just a career but a way of life. I treat every client with the utmost respect. Whether you are trying to gain weight, lose weight, train for a specific sport, recovering from a past injury or just trying to get fit the attention and dedication I give my clients is unheard of in any commercial gym.
