Describe your own workout program:Total Body Strength Training - 4 to 5 days/wk., 3 to 4 supersets, 8 to 10 reps. Multi Joint Compound Exercises - Bench Press, Squat, Lat Pulldown, Leg Press, Shoulder Press, Dead Lift; Isolation Exercises - Leg Ext., Leg Curl, Arm Curl, Tricep Ext., Calf Raises; Core Training Exercises - Ab Crunches, Knee Lifts, Sit Ups, Hyperext. (3 to 4 sets of 20 reps for the core); Cardio Training - Elliptical, Recumbent Bike (20 to 30 total minutes).
