What is your training style:I am your upbeat motivator! I am always working to challenge clients and bring them to new heights. I help them to see that they can accomplish a lot more than they think is possible! It is my personal goal to enable all of my clients and to educate them on how to improve their quality of life and how to make better lifestyle choices. I am my client's #1 fan and sometimes their cheerleader as well.
Why have you become a trainer:Fitness is my passion. I watched my Grandmother suffer for years due to many lifestyle related conditions. Many of her pulmonary and cardiovascular conditions were a result of years of smoking, drinking, sedentary lifestyle and being overweight. It's true that we know more about wellness today, butI believe that her quality of life would have improved drastically if she had taken better care of herself. I vowed to commit my life to prevention right there and then.
What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:Due to the exquisite training I received while working on my Bachelor's degree at the University of Central Florida, I was blessed to study under Chuck Wolf. I learned the importance of functional training and biomechanics. Every client had individual and unique needs, but this type of training has given me the opportunity to design programs in a new light. I utilize this knowledge every day and consider it my most powerful tool.
