What is your training style:I apply all of my principles around the research and teachings of Arther Jones, Nautilus inventor and founder of MedX, as well as his protege Dr. Ellington Darden. Everything I do is centered around being efficient with your time and energy. Most people don't think you can get a great workout in 30 minutes. I am here to tell you they are wrong. I do 30 minute strength training sessions and believe me my clients are done at the end of that 30 minutes.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake people make while working out or beginning an exercise program is thinking they can do it on their own. If they do not have the experience and education they will fail and be more lost than they were when they began. For those who do not have an active background or understand nutrition in general a personal trainer is a must for success. A personal trainer can inspire long term success through goal setting and accoutability.
Describe your own workout program:My workout program is an educational process. A minimum of 6 months is required. A client's desired results are at the top of the list. The first 4-6 workouts are educational by design. I must find out what a client is capable of before I can determine their limits. A typical advanced workout would be 8-12 strength training exercises with minimal rest between sets focusing on form, intensity and breathing.
