Trainer Experience Questions:

What is your training style:

I believe for a program to be effective it has to be customized to the specific needs of the client. Each person has different abilities, they each start at a unique level and progress. Our training sessions are designed to challenge the individual being trained to beat there personal best. we offer a total body program including warm-up, stretching, cardiovascular training, strength training at all levels, beginning through advanced nutrition programs, to ensure your success with your program.

Why have you become a trainer:

Everything that I have accomplished in life, has lead up to this point. I spent many years in sales and marketing as well as nutrition coaching and fitness training. I started working out when I was a dancer to improve my core stability. From that experience, I became very passionate about fitness and nutrition. The most rewarding part of being a personal trainer, is helping my clients improve there health, and strength, and seeing the smile on there face, when they see the results accomplished!

What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:

One of the biggest mistakes, that people make, when working out is working out to much. Though it may sound hard to believe, the term is called OVER TRAINING. Muscles do not grow when they are being worked, they grow when they are resting. Some other thing thatare very common... doing the exercises to fast and not keeping your routine challenging. And last but not least I would say lifting to heavy and doing to many, or not enough, repetitions.
