Why have you become a trainer:I love to see people hit goals. I love to see people feel the best they ever have and have a quality of life that all deserve. I have always been a person that enjoys seeing others happy. I also love the fact that being a personal trainer allows me to meet many different people from all ages and all races. With one goal to be fit and enjoy a healthy quality of life. Many people I first meet never know the true potential there body have.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:Not pushing to that next level. People don't know what there body's can do. They think by just doing a few sit ups and 10 mins on the treadmill will get them that rock hard body they have always wanted. We all know that is not the case. That is the benefit of having a trainer. Pushing your clients to show them what they can be. Through lots of hard work. Everyone I believe can have there rock hard body.
In general, please describe your experience:I have worked out since I was in High School. I have learned many different workout styles. From a US Marine corps workout to bodybuilding. I think the most important thing I have learned is. Not one workout works for all clients. Change it up and keeping it interesting will take you a long way. Everyone has there own fitness goal. I have learned many different way to achieve the same outcome but in different workouts.
