Why have you become a trainer:Originally, I became a trainer because I love fitness and exercise. Now, I am a personal trainer, because I Love helping people. Many of my clients are trying to lose 50 pounds or more. Many of them have failed on several attempts because they are trying some fad diet, or crazy diet pills that just do not work. I help them by teaching the correct way to get to their goals. And when they are finished, they have changed their lives. That makes it all seem worth it for me.
Why should a client train with you:I client should train with me because I am a trainer that understands the most important part of the program is doing it. In other words, many people don't stick with their programs because they just do not enjoy it. I make it fun for a client. I am not a trainer that get upset or impatient with clients. I am the guy you will want to come back and see. And for someone trying to change their life. THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:Most of my clients are over weight, and have struggled to get healthy for years. I help them by teaching them the correct way to obtain their goal. Many of them have failed on fad diets or weight loss pills. I teach them that this just DOES NOT WORK. I don't put people on hard core diets. That doesn't do it either. I put my clients on a simple program that works. I call it baby steps. This is where we change a few things each week or month to get you to your goals.
