What is your training style:I show people how to get more energy, be productive in half the time with my unique exercise, nutrition and stress relief programs. I work with enteprenuers, business owners and sales people that want to be the best at their game and will do anything to get there. Fitness is just one of the steps we take along the way. I work with you to visualize your success, set invincible goals and work through any energy blocks which might be hindering your fitness goals.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:Thinking that exercise is the only way to lose weight and feel good.
Yes, it is one of the pieces of the puzzle, but there are many different aspects that need to be addressed to have a healthy body. Stress, vitamin and nutrient intake, diet and anxiety levels are all important factors that will decide how successful your fitness plans are! I work to integrate all these aspects to not only get you in great shape, but to keep you succeeding in fitness for a lifetime.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:My personal experience has brought me an extensive knowledge of holistic modalities including energy work and accupresure. I incorporate these into my training as well as practice them independently. I have co-authored a fitness workbook "The Lifestyle Fitness Points Program" that helps people stay on track and motivated. I also regularly write articles and give free tips in my free, weekly e-zine.
