What is your training style:I have an eclectic style of training in which I pull from several sports and activities I have participated. I have the experience to know when to push my clients and when to ease up, and with this knowledge and experience I design customized programs and nutritional plans to meet the needs of my clients. I can take you as far as you want to go and beyond. I adapt my style to fit my client's needs.

In general, please describe your experience:I have over twenty years experience with instruction, participation and training with free weights. I have over ten years of experience writing diets and nutritional plans and formulating creative and challenging workout programs. I have participated in or taught the following sports: Powerlifting, bodybuilding, martial arts, swimming, backpacking, cycling, sculling, horseback riding, running, track, soccer, wrestling, fencing and rock climbing.
