Why should a client train with you:If you are too busy to exercise and eat well I will help you develop strategies for good weight management and health habits that fit into your daily routine. I particularly focus on moms: taking a whole family approach so that the children (and even those spouses :)) benefit, as well. More importantly, I will help you find the motivation you need to succeed. You are worth it and (with my program) you can do it.
In general, please describe your experience:As a Wellness Instructor and Coach I have had the pleasure of motivating many clients and students since 1994. I am a certified Wellness Coach with Wellcoaches which uniquely qualifies me to inspire people by phone. Phone coaching is one of the most effective methods for helping people stick to a program. I am also a certified Health/Fitness Instructor with ACSM and I have my Master's degree in Exercise Science. I have also managed a corporate fitness center and taught college classes.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:My two main strategies are time saving and motivational methods. Let's face it: "diets don't work." We need healthy lifetime habits. However, the primary reasons people struggle with healthy habits are: not enough time and lack of motivation. My "fit it in" strategies are individualized to fit easily into my clients' daily routines. I will also motivate you using proven methods established with wellness coaching.
