What is your training style:I consider my training style to be functional. This means I make it functional to you and your goals. As an experienced trainer I have worked with clients from professional athletes to rehab to everyday moms wanting to lose weight. I provide a new unique approach to exercise prescription that makes every session exciting and fun while leading you down the fastest track to reach your individual goals. With this type of program the learning experience is as fun and innovating as the results!
Why should a client train with you:Passion. I like to strive and push myself in the field to better myself as a trainer everyday. I love my job, and I love the relationships I build my clients. By transforming lives one goal at a time, I fill one of my purposes in this life. To be fortunate enough to do what you love make me work very hard to not take advantage of my opportunities. I have worked in every realm of this field, and pride myself on the knowledge I possess. I know I can change lives, and make it fun getting there.
In general, please describe your experience:I have a B.S. in exercise Physiology, a minor in Biology, was an athletic trainer, collegiate athlete, Fellowship of Christian Athletes camp instructor, and a combat life saver (just short of combat medic for military). I have worked in this field with professional football player, have worked with obesity (one of my clients just hit her 1 yr goal at 125lbs, so exciting), to youth, to geriatrics. I was a manager at lifetime fitness over 40 other trainers before I went out on my own. Please call
