What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistakes that I think that people make in training is that they are not consistently motivated. They feel "ready to go" one day and "not feeling it" the next. They lack consistency. Most people tend to be more motivated when you have a buddy to help guide you along the way, therefore this makes exercising with someone so important. Exercising along with eating properly will make you not only look better, but more importantly feel better.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:My skills that I bring to training would be my wonderful professional approach and my delightful customer service attitude. My most highlighted skill is that I teach the client how to make a healthy lifestyle a part of their everyday life. It's all about treating people with respect and giving them what they ask for, however be careful what you ask for, especially if you want me to assist you in reaching your goal. Smile.
In general, please describe your experience:I have been working with children as well as adults for over 16 years in physical education. I have taught many people ranging from the age of preschoolers through adults the importance of exercising and educating them about the importance of nutrition. So many children do not have the opportunity to run, jump and play outside for one reason or another. Any exercising can be of help. Educating others about health and fitness is very much a part of my life and I want to make it a part of you.
