This allows healing of the entire person from the inside out!
Why have you become a trainer:My vision was to provide individuals with ongoing motivation and guidance. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those individuals who are suffering from physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and/or nutritional and lifestyle dysfunctions. We specialize in developing an individualized holistic exercise, and nutrition and lifestyle coaching programs.
Why should a client train with you:Josh has been an Occupational Therapist/Certified Personal Trainer for over 6 years. He has experience working with various postural distortions, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, and myofascial restrictions. Additionally, he promotes an organic lifestyle, which he feels provides your body with the best and most pure form of food that will only aid in success.
