Trainer Experience Questions:

What is your training style:

My training style is something that you can describe in one word and that word is unexpected. My training programs are designed to keep the client in a guessing state as well as the client's body. If we can keep the body guessing from workout to workout then we will undoubtedly achieve any goals my clients set forth for themselves. Sometimes I train very intensely to shock the body and make it adapt to the load it is receiving and other times I have more laid back sessions.

Why have you become a trainer:

To better the population. I am tired of seeing people waste away because they do not think that they are able to achieve something. After my mother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclrosis I set a goal and that goal was to change as many people's lives as possible in my lifetime. I want to change these peoples lives for the better, I want to give them the tools to live a long, healthy life. My father told me once.."If you give a man a fish he will eat for a day,if you teach him he will eat for life

What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:

I possess many different skills that I can bring to the table. One of the skills that i possess would be my knowledge of all different types of populations. I am educated in working with children as well as elderly. I also have a big educational background in the sports performance realm of fitness. I have been formally trained in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, lactate threshold training, and progressive overloading of major muscle groups.
