Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer for two reasons - I absolutely love health and fitness and I love to help people achieve results. I have never heard a trainer say they got into the business for the "money". It is probably one of the few careers where you will find this kind of noble path. My on-going mission in life is to help individuals achieve a fit and healthy body, perform at their highest levels, and achieve a greater sense of energy and well-being.
Describe your own workout program:Jim's New Maximize Your Results! Program is an extremely complete and comprehensive program that includes the same Cycle Training Program Jim uses with his personal clients tailored to you with Jim as your personal coach. It has already helped hundreds of people trade their bodies for new ones. You’ll quickly develop mastery over a completely readjusted body composition, unbridled energy, sculpted muscle, and incinerated body fat regardless of your present physical condition.
What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:Just the word trends bothers me. It signifies something that doesn't stick around. And the only things in the fitness industry that don't really stick around too long are the ones that are a waste of time and/or money. The formula for success is very simple (I didn't say easy). I find that trends tend to mislead people and make my job of educating those on proper exercise and eating harder. I love the challenge, though. The feedback I get when people finally get "it" is priceless.
