What is your training style:I design programs that fit the client's personality, likes, and dislikes. I look at their lifestyle, time availability, and experience to develop fitness plans that fit the person. I also believe in maximizing a person's time while in the gym. My client's have busy lives, so my programs are designed to provide greater results in less time. It makes no sense to design a program that will take an hour if a client only has 30 minutes. My programs fit the person...not the other way around.
Describe your own workout program:My strength workouts consist of total body workouts that focuses on functional strength and balance. You use all of your muscles on a daily basis, so it only makes sense to train them the way you use them! I utilize interval training to maximize my cardio sessions. I believe in exercise, but I also have a life outside of the gym. Therefore I structure my own workouts to provide the maximum benefit in the least amount of time possible.
Why should a client train with you:Because they will not only be stronger physically, but mentally as well. I provide more than exercise design. I focus heavily on behavior modification and coach my clients to make one lifestyle adjusmtent at a time until they have achieved their goals. I educate the my clients to become self sufficient. I have clients who I have trained for over six years and the reason they stay is because they know they receive a quality service that will leave them better than when they walked in the door
