Why have you become a trainer:Growing up I saw all four of my grandparents die at early ages with several different diseases and ailments. I soon realized that the lifestyles they lived were not the healthiest (lack of physical activity, smoking, drinking, poor diet, etc.) and may have lead to early deaths. I had always been active and wanted to make my life better by staying active and as I became more educated it seemed logical to use my experiences to help others.
Have you done any volunteer work:Currently I volunteer training services once a month to a local boys home that houses around 40 boys at any time. I became involved in this as a close friend became a house parent at this location. I had always said that fitness should be for everyone not only those who have the money to buy personal training. In addition to this I have also been a volunteer for several other things such as the Special Olympics, Senior PALS testing and a free fair for kids.
