Do you encourage your clients to stop smoking / quit drinking, if yes - how:Absolutely not. I am a former smoker and I enjoy smoking the occasional cigar. I believe some people were MADE for smoking and they should feel free. Just because you smoke doesn't preclude you from exercise. The same is true for drinking. I like to drink, and if my clients want to drink they should. HOWEVER they void their money back guarantee in my fat loss program if they drink one single drop.
