What is your training style:My training style is comfortable, while efficient and motivating. Since I am a female, women feel comfortable around me. I know what specific issues they have with trying to lose weight, and I can help them be successful. I am not intimidating, but have lots of expectations for my clients' success, and I think that motivates them, rather than fear like other trainers! If exercise is not fun, why would anyone what to stick with it? I keep that philosophy in mind when working with my clients.
Have you done any volunteer work:Yes, I was a regular volunteer at Liberty Wildlife Refuge in Scottsdale, and enjoyed my experience there (in fact, I'd like to find time to go back to that!). Also, I am always promoting and encouraging my clients to join me at events around the area that benefit a worthwhile cause. So, my clients join me for walks, bike rides, and even try running or jogging their first-ever 5K (3 miles), never before believing that they could accomplish that!
Why should a client train with you:I try to make fitness accessible for everybody. No matter what your goals or needs, or your budget, I can make exercise in your home affordable, and success at it possible! My services include in-home personal training (and I have many unique, creative ways to make that affordable), group training, free or low-cost fitness events, flexibility training, aquatic exercise, nutritional advice, online training, etc!
