Why have you become a trainer:Well, It started for me because of my mom at the time a overweight newly diagnosed diabetice and hypertensive person recently went into a diabet coma. I then decided to find out how I could help her. It started from there. She now manages her diabetes and totally is off hypertensive medications and I have motivated hundreds to incorporate fitness in their life.
What is your training style:My training is style is I am a "Gentle Giant" I adapt to all personalities and have a great sence of what makes you work. SOme people like boot-camp some people like slow and steady. I get results with all personalities. Boxing and Kickboxing along with all the fitness industry gadgetries like fitballs, free weights, medicine balls and much more.
In general, please describe your experience:I have worked for the most popular commercial fitness centers and small ones as well. I have positively help people save their own lifes through fitness and their determination. I am a group fitness instructor/personal trainer and boxer and I mix all of these training methods in one. It's hard to get sometimes a group fitness instructor with a personal training background and a boxer with a good training background. With me you get it all.
